Areas of Practice: Real Estate
Radhika Krishnan drives the real estate practice of the firm that includes advisory, diligence, title reports and documentation. She is also the Senior Partner of Sarvabhauman Associates which does extensive work on the original and appellate side of the Madras High Court.
Radhika did her graduation in Chemistry and then went on to do her Bachelors of Law from Madras Law College. She has the distinction of having won the Sir William Ayling Memorial Prize for standing first in the University in Jurisprudence and Torts.
Radhika’s rich experience of 28 years in the legal profession brings to the table her expertise in real estate transactions with special emphasis on “property due diligence” and related conveyancing work as well as related litigation spread over the High Court and City Civil Courts in Madras and several major Tribunals like the Debts Recovery Tribunal, National Green Tribunal, Railway Rates Tribunal, Consumer forum, etc..
Radhika has advised several real estate develeopers in constuction and development of residential and gated communities across the city.
